Prior to creating the Velney Realty brokerage arm of Velney Development, Josue our founder worked under Steve Bremis of the Steve Bremis Realty Group a 40-year-old brokerage based in the City of Somerville. During that time Josue gained the expertise and learned the details it takes to build a successful brokerage. Today the Steve Bremis Realty Group is one of the top real estate brokerage firms in Somerville and a strong supporter of Velney Development.
While Velney Realty continues to work with a small group of real estate investors and family members, Velney Realty’s focus is on assisting the development arm in acquisitions and leasing our internal rental portfolio. Being a vertically integrated company is key to our success.
